What are plastic adjustment blocks?

Plastic adjustment blocks are small, reusable tools that ensure constant spacing and accurate alignment during Cladix installation.

Adjustment blocks Alternative Start Profile

This is how to use them at Cladix

Place the cubes at strategic points along the underside of the cladding or the back of the support structure . Allow the Cladix profiles resting on the cubes, to ensure correct alignment. Then attach the profiles according to the manual. After completing the assembly, remove the blocks so they are ready for the next project.

  • Clean and straight lines: create consistent clearance and a perfectly straight assembly every time.
  • Ease of use: thanks to the colour classification, you can see at a glance which thickness you need.
  • Sustainability: reusable and able to withstand high loads of up to 10 tonnes.

These blocks are not only suitable for mounting our aluminium facade cladding, but also for other (re)construction projects. They are available in different sizes at DIY shops, so you always have the right thickness to hand.
