Most of the production is done in-house in Eeklo<\/strong>. This allows us to keep control over quality, finishing and delivery. No detours. No intermediate steps that we don't control ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you choose Cladix, you choose Belgian craftsmanship<\/strong>. Our production staff closely monitors every step. From raw profile to finished package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does the production process work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Arrival of the brutal aluminium profiles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sawing on lengths of 250 cm or 300 cm<\/strong>, according to the package contents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Powder coating in the right colour<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Thorough quality control, every centimetre counts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Carefully pack and ship to points of sale<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We have both a manual and automatic paint shop<\/strong>, completely in-house. This way, we monitor speed and precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Every bundle that leaves our workshop meets the same high standard. We put our name to that.<\/p>\n\n\n
